The Upcoming Death of Two Decade’s Worth of Browser Games
Adobe Flash is one of the last remaining multimedia applications for web browsers still functional on popular browsers. In its wake are other applications such as Adobe Shockwave, Microsoft Silverlight, Unity Web Player and Java Applets – all which have since been completely discontinued or are on their last legs. But this doesn’t mean the future is looking any brighter for Flash, Adobe plan to completely cut support for it by the end of 2020 and large browsers such as Google’s Chrome, Mozilla’s Firefox and Microsoft’s Edge plan to follow suit and remove functionality with their browsers before the year is up.What this
Conan Exiles Review
Conan Exiles debuted back in 2017, and by all accounts was a severely troubled product. It shipped with a substantial number of bugs, glitches, and was horribly optimized as well. Is it any different now? Yes.Funcom surprised just about everyone by releasing a steady stream of bug fixes, patches, and free content updates, as well as cosmetic DLC packs over time. The free content included new biomes that were added to the map; such as a vast swamp, frigid arctic wasteland, lush forested area, and highly volatile volcanic zone. However, perhaps the most monumental addition that the developers added was a new
Mythgard (sort of) Review
Bethesda wanted a Hearthstone of their own and to make it look original, they came up with a truly revolutionary idea of adding a second lane. After them came Valve and blew our minds by adding a third one. How many lanes do you think Mythgard has?In case you don't like the fact that I keep referring to other games - even Mythgard itself does it, so I can.The answer is 7. But the good news is Mythgard is actually far from being Artifact-level complicated as each lane fits only one creature per side of the battle, which can move each
Sin Slayers Review
Some of the greatest indie games of all time are just magical, taking the best parts of multiple genres and combining them into something wholly new yet entirely familiar. Sin Slayers, sadly, isn’t one of these games.‘RPG roguelike’ is the label Sin Slayers has given itself, while simultaneously mistaking what makes each genre gel together so effectively. RPGs layer complex systems upon systems, creating excitement through versatile approaches allowed by deep customisation. Roguelikes cut through these systems with added risks like permadeath and procedural generation, making moment-to-moment choices more impactful. The RPG elements of Sin Slayers are mediocre at best. You control
We Happy Few - Lightbearer DLC Review
Reception to We Happy Few may have mixed upon release, but patched after launch, anyone that likes a good story would be wise to pick it up. But, we're not here to talk about the base game, we're here to talk about the DLC Lightbearer.A short story playable separately to We Happy Few‘s main campaign, Lightbearer places players in the shoes of Nick Lightbearer, Wellington Wells’ favourite rock star. Awakening from yet another night filled with sex, drugs and rock and roll, Nick is mortified when he finds some ominous lyrics scrawled on a piece of paper. Plus, he’s also covered

Glad to hear! The rewind feature is a great idea, but, unfortunately, we rejected it in the early stages of development. Not sure if it was the right decision : )
Your article helps with understaning what impression the game makes. Thanks and good luck you too with your efforts!

Thank you for the compliment, I have enjoyed this brain-teaser quite a bit, well done! Curious to see what those ideas will be, I'm hoping one of them to be the rewind feature. Good luck for the launch!

Thank you. I'm sure you could probably tell from reading the article, but Out of Sight is a game that feels particularly personal for me, partly due to my state while playing it, but also because I had been waiting for a Prey sequel for years and will likely be waiting forever.
I hope I was able to keep my objectivity - I tried!
I would love to return to Prey sometime for a review.
I'll have to see if I can track down a copy when I'm done with my current projects.

As someone who also loved the original Prey but tried hard and failed to enjoy the 2017 release (not a bad game, just not for me), I thought this article was really well written. Maybe one day you'll consider doing a retro review of the original?

UPDATE: There are now 100 products in the Trove. Of course, the majority of these are smaller or novelty titles, as there's no way to purchase OP points and fraud up to now basically cut away the little profit we made from things like quests or ads, they're essentially reskinned giveaways, so there's only so much we can list for "purchase" there.
The store will include both Trove and standard products, so is the place to look for any more premium games you might want - but again, as per the article, this is majorly being stripped back and will hold limited titles moving forward.September 20, 2023 -

The Trove had already been cut back, the store is where the bulk of the work needs to be done as this can't be done automatically like we could with the Trove.
That said, we expect to be able to add more to the Trove once the store work has been completed so it should actually increase a little.
