Othercide Game Review
Resurrect one fallen Daughter through the sacrifice of another. Strap in for a brutal battle where victories are difficult if not impossible to obtain. It is the Age of Shattering, and the Daughters are not exempt from being broken to the point of death.“Are you going to repeat the same mistakes again and again?” This is a quote from one of the loading screens. After trying to learn the basics of Othercide, I could understand why a saying like this would be in the game.Developed by the French-based indie company Lightbulb Crew and published by Focus Entertainment, Othercide is an indie,

Fae Farm Review
I am TOTALLY in love with this game! It is a super cute combination of Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Palia-type games, but dare I say, Fae Farm by Phoenix Labs is even BETTER!The graphics, colors, and characters are super cute. My character's laugh especially just has me so in love with her, and the other characters have these cute giggles as well. When the game starts you find a message in a bottle and take off to find the sender. You get shipwrecked and wake up on the magical island of Azoria, which is surrounded by whirlpools. The mayor greets

Yet Another Zombie Survivors Review
Do we need another zombie game? Yes, yes we do. Especially if it is Yet Another Zombie Survivors by Awesome Games Studio. Bring On the Horde, of zombies not the other oneOk, let's be honest, there are a lot of zombie games out there. There are a lot of rougelites out there. There are a ton of bullet hell, dodge and survive style games out there. Are they all good? No. Are they all exciting? No. But when Awesome Games decided that they were going to make Yet Another Zombie Survivors, they made sure to do it right. This motley crewYou start off with

Moonlighter Review
A merchant by day, a hero by night. Moonlighter, developed by Digital Sun, is an action RPG with rouge-lite elements that lets you play as young merchant Will, who has to run his store by day. But at night he fulfills his dreams of becoming a hero by venturing into ever-changing mysterious dungeons, slaying monsters, and bringing back valuable loot to put on display when he has to open the store again in the morning. The Moonlighter is the name of the store that our main character inherits and has to run. But more than shopkeeping, Will is interested in a set

Spacebourne 2 Review
Spacebourne 2 is a space sim of ambition and scope, attempting to deliver an epic galactic adventure. Low budget flirts with quality in a game of two distinct halves, potentially appealing to some players but showing the seams here and there. Still, the amount of content and the depth of mechanics is impressive, even more considering that this is the work of a sole developer.Gravity BeatsSpacebourne 2 sits among other games of the genre such as Elite Dangerous, No Man’s Sky, Everspace, and Star Citizen, despite the obvious differences. It’s a space simulator where you travel from planet to planet, galaxy

Glad to hear! The rewind feature is a great idea, but, unfortunately, we rejected it in the early stages of development. Not sure if it was the right decision : )
Your article helps with understaning what impression the game makes. Thanks and good luck you too with your efforts!

Thank you for the compliment, I have enjoyed this brain-teaser quite a bit, well done! Curious to see what those ideas will be, I'm hoping one of them to be the rewind feature. Good luck for the launch!

Thank you. I'm sure you could probably tell from reading the article, but Out of Sight is a game that feels particularly personal for me, partly due to my state while playing it, but also because I had been waiting for a Prey sequel for years and will likely be waiting forever.
I hope I was able to keep my objectivity - I tried!
I would love to return to Prey sometime for a review.
I'll have to see if I can track down a copy when I'm done with my current projects.

As someone who also loved the original Prey but tried hard and failed to enjoy the 2017 release (not a bad game, just not for me), I thought this article was really well written. Maybe one day you'll consider doing a retro review of the original?

UPDATE: There are now 100 products in the Trove. Of course, the majority of these are smaller or novelty titles, as there's no way to purchase OP points and fraud up to now basically cut away the little profit we made from things like quests or ads, they're essentially reskinned giveaways, so there's only so much we can list for "purchase" there.
The store will include both Trove and standard products, so is the place to look for any more premium games you might want - but again, as per the article, this is majorly being stripped back and will hold limited titles moving forward.September 20, 2023
