Niche - A Genetics Survival Game Review
Remember Spore? Remember how it didn't seem to satisfy that part of you that wanted to control the evolution of an entire species? Well Niche - A genetics survival game by Stray Fawn Studio succeeds where Spore failed! Created by a successful Kickstarter which raised over 70 000$.What can I say? After being raised by Pokemon, just hearing the word "Evolution" has the same effect on me as a heavy narcotic, so I was eager to play this game, collect them all and stuff like that. I must say, I was disappointed, not because it's a bad game, it's just that
Darkwood Review
First of all, I apologize for the long wait, I just didn't have time to review games, but that should be changing now. Anyways I'll stop bitching and get into the review. Darkwood is a top-down horror game, which is kinda better presented while describing it, rather then actually playing it.When I first started playing Darkwood, it was the game's cast of macabre characters and its creepy, implicit storytelling that drew me in. From minute zero, it's clear that there's something deeply wrong with the forest that surrounds you. It stretches endlessly, leaving everything under its canopy shrouded in dim light,
Prevent The Fall Review
Today I review a game called Prevent The Fall, a dungeon crawler that doesn't really offer anything unique and feels more like a mobile game.Prevent The Fall is a dungeon-crawling RPG built both for Virtual reality and regular controls, which is certainly an unusual thing. You will impersonate a random hero and raid various dungeons and locations to complete quests given to you by an anonymous tavern-keeper. Along the way, you slay monsters and loot some equipment. The regular day of a hero, basically. And that's pretty much it, it gets repetitive quickly, and in my first 30 mins of playing I
X-Morph: Defense Review
Do you like explosions and destruction? Do you enjoy being a commander? Do you like lasers, rockets, those pew-pew thing from Star Wars? If yes then you're gonna enjoy this game.X-Morph: Defense is an unique fusion of a top down shooter and tower defense strategy. You are the X-Morph - an alien species that invades Earth to harvest its resources and terraform the surface. Strategize in the build mode by carefully selecting various types of alien towers or throw yourself right into heat of the battle. Build mazes for incoming enemies in an environment that provides exceptional planning freedom. Tear down
Offensive Combat: Redux Review
Offensive Combat: Redux is a reboot, if you will, of a web-based shooter in which you try to frag as many other players as you can.As written before it's a reboot of a web-based shooter, arena shooter to be exact. There are a few different game modes, so you aren't always on your own, but these types of games tend to lend themselves to lone wolves. Three Gates AB have resurrected this cult classic and released it as a standalone, downloadable game. It kinda has that Quake 3 feeling in it but with more cartoony graphics. There's a lot of customization options and a lot

I know for a fact there are at least 2 game modes though.
There is payload and capture the point
SilverKurumi replied to HypnoticSilence September 26, 2016There's only one Game mode. Payload and Capture the Point are mixed as one hybrid game mode.
DjGus_PT October 02, 2016After patch 34, pure payload is now available to play, and a "new" champ added, along with skins, voice packs, etc etc etc
SilverKurumi replied to DjGus_PT October 08, 2016Yeah, I played it, Payload is a lot more fun.
Still gonna wait on a re-review when the game is off beta tho

Game has a lot of things in it to like ,but i'm not a fan of micro crafting and survival . Hope it's gonna be possible to still enjoy the story and other stuff in the final release without getting too bogged down in the bits i don't like.

Update:
An old batch of keys has become unstable, and we're working through them with customers as we speak. We're switching to a more reliable source, so key validity should improve in the coming days.
Thank you, everyone, for your patience and understanding as we trying to improve key stability.September 23, 2026 -

I was luck too, being able to snag it before it went missing! A few others as well, I'll eventually get to.
Thanks for taking the time to comment, and thanks for the link! I'll absolutely give it a look!August 20, 2026 -

From what I've read, it doesn't sound like it's a hugely different experience from the original anyhow.
I mainly specified because that's the version I played.
You could probably aim for one episode at a time to keep things fresh in between other gaming goals and also as a way not to torture yourself by tackling all of Nightmare mode at once. That's one reason I was happy to have played on Luna - no achievements! So I don't feel compelled to go back and do that... I just glance at it occasionally as I'm scrolling... Should I? Eh... It's okay.
It does sound like a fun challenge, but I have other things to play. Like the sequel.August 05, 2026 -

I started the original one a while ago and only a bit but never had a chance to finish. Shame, remastered is Epic exclusive on PC. Thanks for the review and reminding me my backlog :)

What a classic!
The fact I discovered in the public library of my city and rented the game when I was little. Because I didn't had internet and the rental was a couple days, I made an ISO file with Nero Burner to play the game when I pleased.
I was also lucky that I bought games in computer magazines(ComputerHoyJuegos) and Quiosks. Like having: Commandos 2, PcFútbol2001, Grouch(Rocko's Quest), S.W.A.T 3/4, Patrician III, Imperium III(Viriathus campaign being hard AF), Ground Control, NYR - New York Race, Age of Empires I & II + expansions + Mythology(+Titans), etc...
I was the lucky few that managed to buy this game before being delisted on Steam for a few €uros.
BTW if you are looking for "dead games" or want to contribute on a wiki useful for the consumers of the future, the Stop Killing Games community made a wiki with all the games that are being delisted, unplayable or in risk on dying soon:
